Open Communication Between You and Your Photographer
The best way to end up with a wedding album to be proud of is to ensure you have excellent communication set up between you and your wedding photographer in Worcestershire. There are a few things you can do to help your photographer, all that should be discussed in advance of your big day. Here are a collection of tips to help you out.
Take the time to discuss your ideas with your photographer and don’t leave anything out. Make a note of the best ways to contact your photographer and try to give them plenty of time to prepare for your wedding shoot. That way they will be ready with lots of ideas and all the equipment they’re going to require for your magical day.
I always meet with the couple before the shoot, to formulate what they want from their day into a coherent plan. This normally takes place during our second meeting, preferably at the venue.
I then prepare and print a running itinerary of the day, detailing all the specific highlights and times and places for each set of photographs. Using the information obtained from the points above, every group shot is listed and complied into an easy and efficient working order.
Organising my work plan this way ensures no group photograph is missed allowing me to beautifully capture candid, natural and fleeting spontaneous moments as you both to enjoy every precious second of your day.
